• Name and phone number — entered when joining the walk-in waitlist or confirming a reservation arrival.
• Service selection — the haircut or service selected for a walk-in request.
• Barber selection — the barber selected when confirming a reservation arrival.
• Request type — whether the form is for a walk-in waitlist request or a reservation arrival.

Information processed to deliver the website

• Our website host and content-delivery providers may process your IP address, browser/device information, requested URL, and request time in connection logs for delivery, reliability, and security.
• The site stores your selected language and light/dark theme in your browser's local storage. These preferences are not stored in a cookie by this site.

The check-in form does not request an email address or payment details, and this website does not process or store payment card information.

2. How We Use Your Information

We use information submitted through the check-in form to:

• Add a walk-in request to the waitlist and identify the requested service.
• Let the selected barber or shop staff know that a client with a reservation has arrived.
• Operate, troubleshoot, and protect the check-in service and respond to related requests.
• Meet applicable legal obligations.

We do not use the check-in form to collect email addresses or send marketing messages. We do not sell personal information.

3. Data Sharing & Third Parties

We disclose information to service providers only as needed to operate the site and check-in service:

• Supabase provides the database service used by the check-in form. The name, phone number, selected service or barber, and request type submitted in the form are sent to Supabase for processing and storage.
• jsDelivr delivers the Supabase JavaScript library used by this page. Loading that library makes a connection to the CDN, which may receive standard connection data such as your IP address and browser information.
• Our website hosting provider stores and delivers the website and may process technical request logs for hosting and security.
• Website fonts are hosted locally with the site; your browser does not request them from Google Fonts.
• Google Analytics is not currently installed or active. We may use it in the future to measure site usage. If enabled, Google Analytics may use cookies or similar technologies and process information such as online identifiers, IP address, device/browser details, pages or events viewed, and referral information. We will update this policy and obtain consent where required before enabling non-essential analytics. Google may process data under its own terms and in other countries; see Google's privacy information for details.

These providers process information under their own service terms and privacy practices. Data may be processed in countries other than where you live, subject to the providers' safeguards and applicable law. We do not control their independent practices.

4. Data Retention

We retain submitted information for as long as reasonably needed to operate and administer the waitlist and reservation-arrival service, resolve related issues, and meet legal obligations. The exact retention period depends on operational and legal requirements; service-provider backups may remain for a limited period under the provider's retention practices. Contact us to request deletion, subject to records we must retain by law.

5. Cookies & Tracking Technologies

This site currently uses browser local storage to remember the language and light/dark theme you select. These settings remain in your browser and are not cookies. The hosting provider and jsDelivr may use their own technical mechanisms to deliver and secure their services.

Google Analytics is not active on this site today. If we enable it in the future, it may use cookies or similar technologies to measure website traffic and interactions. Where required, we will request consent before loading analytics technologies. You can also manage cookies through your browser, though blocking essential storage or scripts may affect site functionality.

• Theme and language preferences are saved in local storage.
• Analytics technologies will only be used if a provider is added and enabled in the future.
